"Bankrupt", a chapter-turned-short-story from Richard Scarsbrook's upcoming novel THE INDIFFERENCE LEAGUE, was chosen by Heather O'Neill (Lullabies for Little Criminals) as the winner of the 2009 Matrix LitPop Award, and the story is available to read in the Fall 2009 issue of Matrix.
A dark, sexy new story called "Time Bomb", from Richard Scarsbrook's latest novel-in-progress, THE INDIFFERENCE LEAGUE, can be read in the second issue of The Moose and Pussy, available in print and online.
A new poem called "Rendezvous" will appear in the next issue of Jones Av.
A new story called "Yellow to Blue" is available to read online at Lies With Occasional Truth, a Canadian literary magazine known for their cool retro covers and funky layout. "Yellow to Blue", by the way, is a chapter-turned-short-story from THE MONKEYFACE CHRONICLES.
Another new story, called "Brown is Not a Colour", ALSO a chapter-turned-short-story from THE MONKEYFACE CHRONICLES, was published in The Dalhousie Review.
